The Sauna Hub
Both wood-fired saunas and both cold plunges, just for your group.
There’s room for up to 30 people across the Sauna Hub, with 22 able to sit in the saunas at the same time. The bar stays open to everyone else.

The whole place
Both saunas, both plunges, the bar and indoor space, with no other guests on site.
There’s seating for 30 inside and space for up to 50 people across the venue. Good for bigger celebrations, team days, meals and events where you want a bit more time and space.
Half day - 9am-3pm or 4pm-10pm

The practical stuff
A few things worth knowing.
- Numbers
- Give us a rough headcount when you enquire. We’ll ask you to confirm the final number a week before.
- Food
- There’s no kitchen on site, but if you’ve hired the whole venue you’re welcome to bring in a caterer.
- Drinks
- The bar will be open throughout your hire. We’re licensed, so all alcohol has to come from the bar - please don’t bring your own.
- Swimwear
- For private groups, swimwear is optional inside the sauna if everyone in your group is comfortable with that. Swimwear is still required in the plunges, changing rooms and bar.
- Age & health
- Community sessions are 16+. With the full Sauna Hub or the whole venue to yourselves, the minimum age is 10. Everyone completes a short health declaration before using them.
- Decorations
- Bunting, banners and table decorations are welcome. Confetti and glitter aren’t - mainly because we’d rather not spend the following week fishing them out of the plunges.
- Booking & cancellations
- A deposit secures your date. We’ll give you the payment, cancellation and rescheduling terms before you book, so you know exactly where you stand.
